To prioritize safety, clients must be at least 6 weeks post-surgery or provide a doctor's note for clearance before receiving massage therapy. This policy allows adequate time for the body to heal and reduces the risk of complications during the massage. Our skilled therapists assess each client's condition and reserve the right to determine if it is safe to proceed. We maintain a safe environment and prioritize the well-being of our clients.

LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE MASSAGE

A form of gentle massage that uses very light pressure to encourages the movement of stagnant lymph fluid. It can help relieve symptoms of lymphedema, fibromyalgia, deep vein thrombosis and any other condition that effects blood flow. Lymphatic massage prevents fluid buildup after surgery and can help reduce pain, bruising, swelling, and helps prevent scar tissue formation. Lymphatic drainage techniques are not recommended for people who have a heart condition, kidney problems or cellulitis. A doctor's release is necessary to receive lymphatic massage therapy after recent injury/surgery Includes 15mins of dry skin brushing.

INTRAORAL MASSAGE

Intraoral massage involves treating the muscles of the mouth. The therapist wears a medical exam glove and slowly and gently treats the targeted muscles with light pressure. This treatment is in no way painful or aggressive. Benefits include relieving jaw pain from headaches, limited range of motion, clicking, lock jaw and teeth grinding.

Gua sha is an ancient Chinese practice that involves the use of smooth-edged tools to scrape the skin with stokes to stimulate microcirculation, which increases blood flow to affected areas and promotes healing.
